Official Rules
Effective October 25, 2026. Approved rules for the independent Antonia’s Community Giveaway.
1. Prizes
Each three-month cycle offers two prizes of US $500 cash: one winner from the San Luis Obispo pool and one winner from the Paso Robles pool. US $1,000 total is available per cycle. There is no prize-claim fee and no requirement to visit or buy food. A person can win only one prize in a cycle and may enter again in later cycles.
2. Schedule
All times use America/Los_Angeles (Pacific Time), including daylight saving time.
The first cycle starts October 25, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. PT and closes January 24, 2027 at 11:59:59 p.m. PT. The first random drawing is January 27, 2027 at noon PT.
Consecutive three-month cycles open at midnight on January 25, April 25, July 25 and October 25. Each closes immediately before the next cycle starts. Drawings take place at noon PT on the 27th of January, April, July or October following that cycle’s close.
The program continues unless discontinued before a future cycle opens. Discontinuation will not cancel an already opened cycle or its prizes. Entries do not carry over between cycles.
The receipt timestamp recorded by the entry service, converted to Pacific Time, determines a submission’s cycle. A visitor’s device clock or hidden form field does not determine eligibility.

3. Sponsor and eligibility
Antonia’s Pizza, 891 Higuera St, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401, and 729 12th St, Paso Robles, CA 93446, administer the promotion. Questions: piratespizza999@gmail.com. Restaurant phone numbers: (805) 439-2383 and (805) 238-1851.
Open to natural persons who are legal California residents aged 18 or older when they enter. Employees, drawing administrators, their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child or sibling) and people living in their households are excluded. Void outside California and where prohibited. Eligibility may be privately verified before a prize is awarded. No restaurant visit is required.
4. Free entry and limits
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Buying food, leaving a review, visiting a restaurant, following a social account or consenting to marketing does not enter anyone or improve their odds.
The entry form at antoniaspizza.com/giveaway asks for full name, email, one restaurant pool and two required confirmations: eligibility and acceptance of these rules/privacy notice. Complete any spam check so the entry is received before the cycle closes. Emailing the same details and confirmations directly to piratespizza999@gmail.com with subject Community giveaway entry is also allowed, subject to the same deadline and limit.
One entry per person per cycle across both pools and all entry methods. The first complete eligible entry counts and determines the selected pool. Additional entries are disregarded. An eligible California resident can select either pool regardless of home city. Automated, bulk, fraudulent, incomplete, late and ineligible entries are excluded.
No receipt, review link, review screenshot, payment, identification document or Social Security number is requested with an entry.
5. Odds and selection
One eligible entry is selected at random in each nonempty restaurant pool on the scheduled drawing date, after duplicates and ineligible entries have been removed. Each eligible entry has an equal chance within its chosen pool: 1 divided by that pool’s total eligible entries. If a pool has no eligible entries, its prize is not awarded or moved to the other pool or a later cycle.
Selection and verification are performed by the restaurant team; the website does not automatically choose winners or send money.
6. Notification and payment
Potential winners are contacted from piratespizza999@gmail.com within three calendar days of the scheduled drawing. A potential winner has seven calendar days from that email to respond and satisfy eligibility verification. If an entry is ineligible, the email cannot be delivered or there is no timely response, an alternate may be randomly selected from the same pool.
The $500 cash prize is delivered within 30 calendar days after verification, by a mutually agreed method with no fee to the winner. No visit or purchase is required. Winners are responsible for taxes legally payable to the government; no tax or fee will be collected by the restaurant to release a prize.
Publicity is optional and requires separate permission. Confirmed winners’ first name and last initial may be shared only with permission. The same limited winner list may be requested by email after a drawing, subject to that permission.
7. Entry privacy notice
The entry form sends full name, email address, selected restaurant pool, eligibility/rules confirmations and cycle details through FormSubmit.co to piratespizza999@gmail.com, using the restaurant’s existing email form service. FormSubmit supplies its receipt timestamp and may present a spam check. Its privacy policy is FormSubmit privacy policy.
The sponsor uses entry information only to administer/check entries, select/contact winners, answer entry questions and keep giveaway records. It does not publish entries, sell the details or subscribe entrants to marketing. The sponsor’s email provider also processes entry emails.
Records are kept for administration and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Entrants may ask about, correct or request deletion of entry information by emailing the sponsor from their entry address. Deleting an entry before a drawing removes it from consideration. Legally required records may be retained. Do not send sensitive identity documents unsolicited.
Existing optional website Analytics stays subject to the site’s cookie choice. Form fields are not sent to Analytics. Browser Do Not Track/Global Privacy Control keeps optional Analytics off. Entering does not require Analytics consent.
8. Administration and changes
The sponsor may reject fraud, tampering and rule-breaking entries, and address technical issues fairly. A material interruption will be disclosed on the rules page; eligible entries already received will be preserved. Advertised prizes will not be cancelled merely because participation is low. Changes to future cycles will be disclosed before they open.
This is an independent promotion. It is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Google, Yelp, Facebook or Instagram. Entry is entirely separate from restaurant reviews.
